Hi,
Lately I've been noticing a pattern
So many women I speak to are doing all the things they're supposed to do
They're building careers
Running businesses
Looking after families
Trying to exercise
Trying to eat well
And yet they're exhausted
Not just "I need a coffee" tired
The kind of tired where everything feels harder than it should
The kind of tired where you wake up and still don't feel rested
The kind of tired that makes you wonder if you're simply not disciplined enough
Here's what I want you to know
Feeling exhausted doesn't mean you're lazy
It doesn't mean you're weak
And it certainly doesn't mean you're failing
Often it's a sign that your body is asking for support
One of the biggest misconceptions I see is that women think they have an energy problem because they're not trying hard enough
In reality many are trying too hard for too long without giving their bodies what they need
More coffee
More pushing
More productivity hacks
But not enough fuel
Not enough recovery
Not enough attention to the foundations
The truth is that energy isn't something we force
It's something we create
And while there are many factors involved, nutrition is one of the first places I look
Because you can be eating "healthy" and still be under-fueling
You can be choosing nutritious foods and still not be eating enough
You can be skipping breakfast, rushing through lunch, grabbing something quick between meetings, and wondering why your energy disappears by mid-afternoon
This week I'd love you to get curious about one thing
Are you truly nourishing yourself or are you simply getting through the day?
No judgment
Just awareness
Because awareness is where change begins
And if there's one thing I've learned from working with women, it's that small shifts often create the biggest transformations
I'd love to hear from you
What's the biggest challenge you're facing with your energy right now?
Just hit reply and tell me
I read every response
Until next week,
